我會選擇威爾斯美語補習班是因為上網看到威爾斯美語，來上課後發現老師很帥又很漂亮，重要的是教學認真又有趣給好評價風評。學費符合預算，能夠到各分校去上課。最讓我印象深刻的是有戶外教學課程，從生活中學英文。多元課程可以學到不同主題語領域的英文。我會推薦我的家人一起來威爾斯美語學習!

中國醫聖李時珍於《本草綱目》中記載：「選鵝腹絨毛為衣、被絮，柔軟而性冷，尤宜能解嬰兒之驚痛。」長久以來，羽絨的絕佳保暖性，深受大眾喜愛，市面上各式各樣的羽絨被子眼花撩亂，羽絨品質參差不齊，究竟要如何挑選羽絨被，其實只要掌握簡單六步驟，就能輕鬆抗寒渡冬！

羽絨是一種動物性蛋白纖維，擁有獨特的微細3D立體組織結構，是羽絨蓬鬆保暖的主要因素，吸濕、排溼、透氣亦是蛋白質纖維的特性，因此能吸收身體在睡眠時排出的濕氣，再將其快速排出，達到自然調節功能。

羽絨被基本上可分為鴨毛或鵝毛，一件純正羽絨被的填充材質主要為「羽絨+細毛片」組合而成，若其中還包含其它材質的話，則不是純天然的羽絨被了，保暖性也跟著下降。

羽絨被和其他材質比較:
羽絨被屬於比較輕盈的被子，在睡覺時比較不會有以前棉被3~4kg的壓迫感，在同樣體積的被胎相比之下，羽絨被的重量最輕，約為棉被的1/3，羊毛絲被的1/2，所以羽絨被不但輕柔保暖，而且觸膚感也好。

挑選羽絨被只要把握以下六大要點，就可以挑出一件品質比較好的被子，至於保暖程度則要看各人怕冷的程度與口袋的深度了，因為羽絨填充的比例越高就越保暖，但價錢也會隨著提高，一般建議50%至90%的羽絨填充比例，就非常適合台灣天氣了。

挑選六大要點:
1.看一看 　檢查羽絨和羽絨成份標示是否清楚完整／CNS、JIS等規範
2.聞一聞 　些微天然羽味是正常的，畢竟它有包含了天然的動物性蛋白纖維
3.壓一壓 　羽絨被攤平，輕輕一壓，檢視回彈效果
4.抖一抖 　檢視羽絨表布是否有經過防絨處理
5.揉一揉 　可在格線車縫處輕輕搓揉，看縫線是否牢固或脫線以致跑絨
6.好好選 　選擇信譽優良廠商，嚴格把關，確保產地來源和品質
